Exclusive allure manufactured in-house

Goettgen’s goldsmiths combine affection for jewellery with traditional handcraftship. In our shops, jewellery is exclusively handcrafted.

How a piece of jewellery is manufactured

A couple of steps are necessary in creating an exclusive piece of jewellery:

  • At the beginning, there is the draft. Our jewellery is manufactured according to old models, which are the basis for our model sketches.
  • Here we go: After the manufacturing of the parts, theey are soldered together to form a blank
  • Thereafter, with an experienced eye, we select the appropriate stones
  • Our goldsmiths frame the stones with a firm hand.
  • Still semi-finished, the piece of jewellery blazes gorgeously.
  • As soon as all the stones are framed, experienced hands polish the piece to high gloss.
  • At the end, the goldsmith makes a last, detailed check to assure that all work has been perfectly performed (here shown with another piece of jewellery). The finished piece is now ready for dispatch to the dealer.
  • The finished piece of jewellery, handcrafted by our goldsmiths, looks fascinating.
