What service we offer our dealers
Individual support from our agents
Nothing can replace personal contact. It will be a pleasure for us to meet you and to talk to you personally in your local shop – and this almost all over Europe. You can watch our jewellery physically and make your selection.
Phone support
Our service team is available from Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00. Just dial 0700-GOETTGEN*. It will be a pleasure for us to help you. (* from Germany for 12 ct/min from the fixed network of DTAG, on Saturdays for just 6 ct/min)
Goods for selection
Your customers look for something special which you do not have in stock? Refer your customers’ request to us and ask for goods for selection. This will allow you to satisfy even unusual requests and to impress your customers with your commitment.
We bear 50% of the transport costs with online orders
With online orders in our shop, we bear 50% of the transport costs, passing on to you the costs we saved with the handling of the order. Thus, you really save money by ordering online.
Modification service
Sometimes, small details prevent a customer from buying a piece of jewellery: he likes the piece, but there are details like the colour of a stone that disturb him. In such a situation, you can have a piece of jewellery modified by us within short time.
Repair service
You will also know this situation: Your customer comes to your shop – utterly distressed: he had a small “accident”, and his precious jewellery needs to be repaired. We can offer you help: Please send us the piece of jewellery. We repair it, restore it to its former condition again at a fair price – making your customer smile again.
