How do I get access to the shop?

Our shop exlusively addresses to wholesalers. If you are a specialist dealer and interested, we will be pleased to provide you access to our shop: just register now! After registration, you will receive your individual user identification and a password by mail.

What can I do with my personal access data?

You now have unlimited access to our dealer shop.

You will find a link on the left side in the navigation field. Of course, there is also a direct way: http://shop.goettgen.de. In the shop, you can look up price lists or download them as PDF file. Important: For security reasons, always use the "log-out button" when logging out of the dealer shop.

What is behind my access data?

The user identification, which corresponds to your customer number and the password: the password is randomly generated by us. You can change your password in the shop under "my account" at any time. N.B.: Keep your original password in a safe place! It is your "spare key".

Access data by mail - isn't there a faster way?

We decided to send the personal access data only by mail in order to prevent abuse.

Can I at least browse through your shop?

We too know how annoying it is to wait for mail - therefore we created a guest access account. As a guest of the shop you can browse through everything. As a guest you cannot place an order.

How do I enter the shop as guest?

The password will be sent to you by e-mail together with the registration confirmation. If this does not work automatically, please ask our service team for the current guest access.

N.B.: the password for the shop guest is only valid for the day on which the registration confirmation was sent by e-mail. This means that the guest password changes daily and is valid only from 0 - 24h. For further daily passwords, please contact our service team. The relevant contact information is listed under "contact".

I forgot my password. How shall I proceed?

Don't panic. Contact our service team. Please have your original access data (which you received by mail) ready. As soon as our customer service has re-activated your original password, you can log in again and change your password if you want to. Re-activation of your original password can take up to 5 hours.

I lost my original access data. What now?

In such a case our service team also has a solution. Your new password will be sent to you by mail again.
